about

Alex Rider is an orphan turned teen superspy who's saving the world one mission at a time—from #1 New York Times bestselling author!

When an investigation into a series of mysterious deaths leads agents to an elite prep school for rebellious kids, MI6 assigns Alex Rider to the case. Before he knows it, Alex is hanging out with the sons of the rich and powerful, and something feels wrong. These former juvenile delinquents have turned well-behaved, studious—and identical—overnight. It's up to Alex to find out who is masterminding this nefarious plot, before they find him.

Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Point Blank I loved the idea of a teen James Bond and that idea was well executed in this series.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good This book was also very good, although it felt very short. The plot wasn't very believable, but Anthony Horowitz did a great job again by making the main character (Alex Rider) come to life. This book made me feel very satisfied after I read it. I just felt really good afterwards. This was a great quick read.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Picks up where Stormbreaker left off Another great adventure from Alex. It is another action packed adventure leading Alex into the mountains to take down another criminal mastermind. This book has a lot of character development and we see Alex as he realizes how MI6 is using him and Alex becomes a reluctant spy.
