Diane takes the reader through some interesting facts about food and allows your to truly think about what you're eating. She provides various food plans, food/ grocery lists, and many recipes. You won't regret buying this book. I've recommended it to family and friends!

But if you already have a firm background in nutrition from a paleo perspective, this book is a bit stale and repetitive.

I love that she gave alternatives for mayo, ketchup, dressings, etc so I didn't feel like I was depriving myself. Definitely recommend this book!

Well planned meal plans for different issues or requirements like adrenal health, athletic performance, autoimmune conditions, blood sugar regulation etc. Wide range of recipes like your usual breakfast, lunch and dinner, sides, snacks and sweets like muffins, gummies, truffles and chips to basics like ketchup, dressings, mayo etc. Loved the different spice blends recipes and the nutty bacon bark. A well done book I bet you will love!

The photography is gorgeous, and having made every recipe at least once (and most of them over and over and over again), I can attest that the recipes are straightforward and DELICIOUS.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for beginners I bought this book when I decided to try paleo in hopes of finding out which grains I was sensitive to (this was my motivation and it worked really well for me). This book educated me on paleo and provided great tips and recipes. Although I wish it had more recipes in it. However the other information was invaluable as a beginner.
