#1 New York Times bestselling series

The third book in the #1 New York Times bestselling series that inspired the hit ABC Family TV show Pretty Little Liars.

In Rosewood, Pennsylvania, four perfect-looking girls aren’t nearly as perfect as they seem. Aria can't resist her forbidden ex. Hanna is on the verge of losing her BFF. Emily is freaking out over a simple kiss. And Spencer can’t keep her hands off anything that belongs to her sister. Although they try to keep their scandalous secrets hidden, someone named “A” has the dirt to bury them all alive…and it may be too late to outrun the truth.

Full of unexpected twists and shocking revelations, Perfect is the third book in New York Times bestselling author Sara Shepard’s compelling Pretty Little Liars series.

Sara Shepard's first story ever, which she both wrote and illustrated, was about friendly yellow creatures that lived in a backyard garden. It won second prize at the State College, Pennsylvania, library, and was bound and placed on the shelf. (The binding was yellow. The book was called Quizzles. Maybe it's still there!) Rated 3 out of 5 by from Alright These books give me so many mixed feelings. In some ways they are as fun as the show, the mystery is entertaining and the writing is fun, but the characters are so much more irritating in the book than they are in the show. They are so insecure and whiny, and they make bad choices and are then shocked when people get mad at them for it. I am still interested to know what is going to happen in the rest of the series and I will be reading the next one soon, but I definitely like the show better than the books.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not everything is so picture perfect. Perfect is the third book in the Pretty Little Liars series. ~A seems to have disappeared after Foxy which makes the girls think they’re finally in the clear – think again. ~A hits back and hits back hard and this time around we get an idea of just how much control their little stalker has over their lives. The anonymous villain can make or break these pretty little liars, sending their deep dark secrets into the big bright world for everyone to see – taking them down one by one. Emily keeps struggling with her sexuality and her relationship with Maya. Of course it doesn’t really help when ~A decides to make a very compromising picture public for her whole school and family to see. While it might have made her more popular with the male student body, it made coming home a living hell. It’s almost like her parents would rather ship her off so she can be someone else’s problem. Don’t forget the stamp. Aria’s family is falling apart right before her eyes but her love life is booming. Aria seems to like her friend’s leftovers when she starts dating Hanna’s ex-boyfriend, Sean Ackard. Even though she has a new beau on her arm, she can’t keep her mind and eyes off of her old one, the hunky English teacher, Mr. Fitz. Will she be able to at least keep her hands to herself or will she be doing more “extra credit” for class? The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree – like father, like daughter. Hanna is losing her grip on something she has worked so hard to achieve – her popularity. She’s losing friends, gaining enemies and falling back on her comfort food again. Her “it” girl status is slipping away through her well manicured fingertips and there's nothing she can do about it. The only upside to Hanna’s life is that she finally catches a break in the case of the taunting text messages and who might be behind it all but even that has a downside. A deadly one. “She knew too much. ~A” Spencer has sticky fingers when it comes to what belongs to her sister, Melissa. First it’s stealing her boyfriend and now it’s a paper that she's turning in as her own? Things get worse when memories that she never knew existed start flooding back and haunting her, making her think she might have something to do with Ali’s death. Not only is she scared of ~A and what they're capable of, but she’s also now scared of herself. Will her parents have more to be disappointed about than a little sister rivalry? With this book comes a lot more drama. We get to see ~A keep their promise on exposing their secrets and making these girls fall from grace. With twists and turns like a rollercoaster and a cliffhanger ending, it was a perfect setup for a fourth. I know that some people don’t really like all the “brand dropping”, "valley girl-ness" and how it never seems to end (it doesn't really bother me) but if you can get over this, then I think it’s a really enjoyable and light read. Next book is Unbelievable

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't wait to read the next one! This book was AMAZING! I bought it before I went on a trip, thinking I could read it while we were traveling, when I was bored, etc... But I started reading it the first day of the trip... And finished it the first day of the trip. That's how good it was, I honestly could not put it down. I can't wait to read the fourth, eee!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Scandalous Series Continues... This series is one that you can't put down. It is totally scandalous and ridiculous and totally addictive. Who is A? Since the mystery of A continues through out the books I was afraid that each book would start to feel the same. I was really impressed by book 2, Flawless, and how different from the first book it was. It was a total book on its own with a great story line. This one for me wasn't quite as good judged solely by itself. It was a bit more of placeholder - it didn't have one story sort of wrapped up neatly within the context of the larger mystery. It feels more like a two-part continues next week book than a single episode. However, you can't really put it down. And it makes you want to read the next book even more. More crazy things happen in the lives of these 4 girls than most people can imagine. Total beach read but totally addictive. I can't wait to read Unbelievable because I'm absolutely sure it will be unbelievable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Perfect" If you absolutely loved the frist two, you won't be disapointed with the sequel! The four girls are constantly threatened by "A" and their problems are just getting worse. The suspense still keeps you up half the night reading and the romance is scandalous. This is a great sequel!
