Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great book! I read this book cover to cover when I bought it and marked down about fifteen recipes I was excited to try. Lots of great ideas, lots of different things, not just sweet jams and jellies but spicy ones for meats, chutneys, pickled veggies - amazing variety.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous book! Easy to follow instructions and helpful hints. The easy-to-follow recipes in this book are great - I bought this book less than two months ago and I have already made five different recipes. And I have many more flagged to try in the future. I really like that the recipes are all small-batch, rather than recipes that required many pounds of produce. It makes canning a bit less daunting and time-consuming. The beautiful photos that accompany each recipe provide inspiration too! Wonderful book! You should be proud Amy Brontee.
