Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best "recipe" book you'll need! This is the only cooking book I use now (with the exception of my grandmother's recipes). I love being able to look up ingredients I have and make up a new dish every time, based on what I have in the kitchen at the time. If you know the basics of cooking and love to try new things, this is the book for you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must Have! This is book is a culinary must have for anyone creative in the kitchen. If I had to chose one book to have in my kitchen this one would be it (I have hundreds so this is just hypothetical). What this book is a Thesaurus for flavour combinations, some familiar, many are not. It contains 1000's of ingredients, and other ingredients that pair well with them making is a necessity for any chef, or culinary student. It also contains popular chefs favourite dishes and combinations in conjunction with the listings. Cant stress how useful this book has been!
