Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good This is one of my favourite Vegan cookbooks. Well put together; good recipes; and some nice pictures of the food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vegan's Don't Eat Such Weird Things, I Promise :) I bought this book because I hear people say they could never go vegetarian or vegan all of the time, and despite the fact that I tell them it's not hard once you've realized you can eat what you would on any other day, just sans meat, they still don't get it.. or they don't believe me. Having a book with pictures and recipes that look as appetizing as this one shows seems to have peaked some interest in even the most critical people in my life. I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Recipes! This book has comforting and satisfying recipes. Prep time is consistent with other vegan cook books. I can hardly wait for the next book!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute title but not my favourite I was gifted this book and was really excited to try out the recipes, however I find a lot of them to be overly complicated. Not a go-to cookbook but good for when I have a bit more time to spend preparing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute title but not a go to I was gifted this book early in my vegan days, and found it to be a little too complicated to use regularly. Cool concept but definitely not one I use often.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun concept, some complicated recipes I love the concept, having recipes organized by argument - to show that it is in fact possible to go vegan and still have all those dishes you think you will miss. Most of these recipes look amazing, and the ones that I have tried turned out great. I find that I haven't been able to try a lot of them though because some of the recipes require too many ingredients and are a bit on the complicated side.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good concept, not my go to Good concept. Well thought out. Not my go to for dinner options.
Date published: 2017-04-11
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Well thought out. The chapters in this book are laid out as answers to questions that vegans are constantly asked. 'Where do you get your protein', 'but I could never give up cheese', 'vegan cooking is too hard' etc this is a nice little book but for some reason it's just not one that I use all that often! That being said I really like the roasted broccoli and apple salad and the spinach artichoke soup

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I'm currently trying to add more meatless meals into our week. This book gave me the confidence to try new dishes that I thought were out of my comfort zone. Really enjoyed reading this cookbook too. I felt like Kristy was right there hanging out with me in the kitchen and we're whipping up these tasty eats together :) Can't wait to get her second book!!
Date published: 2016-11-26
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but not my favorite cookbook There are some delicious recipes in this book that are generally quick and easy to make. I like the formatting of the book and how for each animal product (ie cheese) it present substitutes but I just wish that more recipes were creative and less about just replacing animal products.
