Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulolus Have had this now for two weeks and it is everything I had wanted it to be and more. Used by two College Cooking Schools in Town, and now I can see why, its so good. Only skimmed a few of the 1000+ pages, but if you want to learn how to cook, this is the epitome of books!
