Rated 1 out of 5 by from Starts off promising but then... ...you get to some pretty vague "walkthroughs". I have been using SharePoint 2010 for a couple years now and wanted to get into more complex workflows than what I was used to. By the time I got to chapter 3 I was getting confused until I realized the author was being vague. Then I realized that he was assuming you created lists, columns etc but never mentions when why or how. I spent my morning reading through the first three chapters and have determined I am going to find another book to work with. The author has made efforts to fix the errors by posting a completed product on codeplex, but at this point I have lost patience with going between the book, the final product and what I am supposed to be doing to get to that final product. I want a written step by step process with explanations as to why things are being done, instead I am left to guess.
