Rated 2 out of 5 by from If you buy this book, I suggest you visit a bulkstore I totally agree with the previous review. I would say pretty much the same thing. The recipes require a variety of flours (hemp, almond, pea, flax). Nothing wrong with that, but it means buying a lot of different ingredients. It's only $5, so not a huge investment, but check out the actual recipes and see if it's realistic for you before buying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A good standard cookbook I was glad to see a vegetarian cookbook that included some higher protein recipes that were easily pulled together and tasted great. There are some definite go-tos in this book. I did find it a bit annoying that so many different types of protein powder are used throughout the book, as this means that even if you buy pea protein for one recipe, you might need hemp for the next one you want to try. And I wanted more pictures!
