Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have for vegans! Winter can feel very long for vegans. If that is you, treat youreself to this book. It's absolutely packed with great comfort food recipes to get you throught these grey days. The vegan Mac and Cheeze is the best I've ever tasted and I've made many, many versions. The illustrations are sumptuous and I particularly like the little introductions that the author gives to each recipe. this makes it a fun read too. Enjoy!
