Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helped me drop 4.5kgs I've been road cycling for 3 years. After going down from 96kg to 86kg, I found losing weight after that point very difficult. With the knowledge I gained from this book, I'm now down to 81.5kg. I stopped doing the plans because of some gym injury, but I'm planning to continue the plan over winter to go down to 74kg which is close to my ideal racing weight.
