Rated 5 out of 5 by from TERRIFIC! (for Katie...) I loved this book because as soon as you read the first chapter you don't want to stop reading. It catches kid's attention. It makes me feel like fairies are real! I've now read all seven Rainbow Magic books!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Book This is a great book. I have ready the series of seven Rainbow Fairy books with my 4 year old. She loves them. She has wanted to be called Ruby every since. It is also easy to read for a young reader. It captures their imagination from the first page. There is a Weather series too. It is as good as the Rainbow series.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fairy Fun My 5 yrd old quite likes these books, she does complain that she would like more pictures. I find the stories cute enough, but I do not like the way the words flow when reading aloud. Like "Jack Frost's Ice Castle". I cant really explain it, but it seems easier to read silently than aloud. I do like how the Chapter books encourage more reading though, and my daughter now has all the sets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ruby the Red Fairy My seven year old daughter loved this book. She wants the whole Rainbow Fairy collection. She was able to read the book herself (with guidance). Reading a chapter book is a great accomplishment at her age and wonderful incentive to continue reading. We both loved the way that each book will lead into the next adventure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 year old girl My 5 year old daughter loves the ideas of fairies and she would not let me put the book down until we were finished. She wants me to buy the whole series- how each colored fairy is found!! I also teach grade 2 and think my girls would love to read about the fairy adventures.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rainbow Magic We discovered these books when on holiday in England. My 6 year old daughter loves them. They are easy to read and have lots of simple pictures. They are done in sets of 7 books, The Rainbow fairies, The Weather fairies and The Party fairies. You do not need all 7 books from each set however it helps to have the first, the last and a couple in between.
