Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC!!! This was the first book from Pamela Palmer I had ever read. And I was hooked. This is my favorite so far. I loved this book, Jag is wild, and crazy. Olivia is a female charater with a lot of strong attributes and can really stand up to someone like Jag. Yes he can be a jerk at times, but the writing is terrific! After reading this book I ran out to get the others. I also found a book co-written by Pamela Palmer called Bitten by Cupid, and she has a short story in the book. It is great. I am a huge fan of this series and have only read Jag's story and Lyon's story. can not wait to read the others. If you like Pamela Palmer (who is awesome!) - You might want to try out Amanda Ashley and Alexandra Ivy (and even Lynsay Sands). Both Great! Happy Reading!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but not great This is the fifth book in the Feral Warriors series. I was so looking forward to Jag's story, but I was kinda disappointed with it. This one was good but not great, and not my favorite in the series. 121/1000

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Jag is a very complicated character and it sometimes maded it hard for me to like him at first. And Olivia is the perfect off-set to him. She is strong and sensual. Makes him wasnt to be more than is can be. This is a great series and i would recommend these book to anyone who may be interested.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was really good, but far from the best in the series. Rapture Untamed is the fourth book in Pamela Palmer's Feral Warriors series. If you love JR Ward's Blackdagger Brotherhood, then I would highly recommend this series for you. In this book, Jag, the Feral who can shift into a jaguar, is the main character. The Ferals are the last nine members of their species who can shift into animals, the other members of the Therian species having lost that ability long ago. Jag isn't just a bad a**, he is an out-and-out a**hole. He goes out of his way to be as big of a jerk as possible, and is barely tolerated by his fellow Feral Warriors. So when the Ferals ask members of the Therian Guard to help them with a problem with the Mages, the Therians' mortal enemies, their leader Olivia finds in Jag more than she can stomach. But Jag has taken a fancy to Olivia, much to her shagrin. Olivia holds a secret power that she must protect, or else the other members of her species will want her dead. So being teamed up with Jag isn't just inconveinient, it is a real problem when she discovers that Jag also holds an ability that puts hers at great risk. she must hide her pwers from him, even as she starts falling for this ill-tempered shifter. I found it really hard to like Jag, much like the characters in the book do. Palmer's great world-building and story-telling are here, but it was rather uncomfortable to have a hero who is such a jerk. It really made it hard for me to like him. And when he discovers Olivia's secret and basically makes her his slave, it really doesn't sit well with me. Overall, this book was good, but this is by far my favourite hero.
