Great sources and I love how the authors share their experience thru their transition into raw foods. Wonderful tips and I love how they are so creative with the ingredients yet practical and easy to follow recipes. I compared with a hand full of books and by far the best one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally the best food prep book I own!! This is the best Raw Food book I've seen and own. It is perfectly laid out and balanced with colours and picture and terrific recipes. I have not been disappointed at the recipes I have tried, and the wisdom behind the true reason to go raw. When some one hears "raw food diet" they immediately think all you eat is salad and carrot sticks. This book is perfect as it provides proven recipes that taste great and look good. While preparing some of these recipes may be a little time intensive, the results are more than worth it. You'll be amazed at just how good raw food can taste. You're taste buds will never be the same. If you can only afford one Raw Food book, this is the one.
