Rated 4 out of 5 by from 3.5 STARS This truly is a relatively simple cookbook. Most of the recipes are easy to follow and as long as you have a blender and a food processor, you can make most of them. I personally have no interest in buying a food-dehydrator. I do not live off a raw diet but I hate cooking and I love eating healthy so I bought this cookbook. No regrets. I only have two issues with it: 1) There aren't many pictures of the recipes and 2) Some of the recipes take longer than 15 minutes because they involve 2-3 different items in the cookbook. But the book contains a good amount of information, is easy to follow, and will not overwhelm you with a bunch of instructions. This is definitely a good and simple cookbook for those who eat raw food, just need some quick recipes, or those trying to lose weight.
