Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic book, but read the first one first! "..I just had a feeling that I was going to love the series, and wanted to be sure to read the first book FIRST! And boy am I ever glad that I read Daybreak first, because I don't really feel that you can just jump into 'Ray of Light'. I feel that you would be missing out too much on the characters and back story. And believe me, this whole series so far is AMAZING. I have really started to get sucked in to the whole contemporary Amish/Mennonite fiction scene and I am loving it! I read both, Daybreak and Ray of Light each within a day! They are THAT good! I am so glad that I found Shelley Shepard Gray, and pray that the next book, Eventide, is out asap! I can't wait to see how she'll wrap up 'The Days of Redemption' series!"
