Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Holistic Approach to Eating This is an approach to eating that makes the most sense to me as a holistic nutritionist. Let's get back to basic food, the stuff that comes direct from the earth rather than from a package. Well done, Sherry. Good recipes and fun drawings too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eat Better - Live Better Return to Food is a great way to understand and make sense of so much nutritional confusion. Her philosophies just make sense and I feel a great sense of relief for the new way I look at food and what it is I'm meant to eat.
