Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comprehensive but confusing for neophites Robert's Rules are very comprehensive but over the years have evolved to a code for the Senate in a (US) republic. This diminishes its value to non-government organizations and societies. One has to be careful not to confuse the governmental procedures with those appropriate to NGOs and other societies and social agencies.
