Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have This book is a must have if you are a marathon runner or planning to be one. This book will guide you along each step of the way toward the final day of your run. It has excellent tips and advice to prepare for your run, what to do and more importantly what not to do. I have participated in 3 major races this season in support of various causes and this book helped me tremendously in preparing for my runs. It is very scientifically laid out and John Stanton has done a great job with this book. I would recommend it to all who are serious about their well being and preparing for a marathon. Good luck with your preparations.
