Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rutland Place I very much enjoy all of Anne Perrys' Victorian mysteries. Her protagonists Thomas and Charlotte Pitt as well as William Monk bring the era to life. I find when I read her books I am there with the characters. Ms Perry takes you back to the sounds, smells and visuals of that time period. Wonderful!!
