Saint City has always been Dante Valentine's home. It's where she grew up, it's where her dead are buried, and it's where she learned to hunt.

Now, one call from an old friend will bring her back to investigate a murder too close to home for anyone's comfort. But the one person she trusted has just betrayed her.

Sometimes revenge is best served demon-hot...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Saint City Sinners (Dante Valentine #4) by Lilith Saintcrow Saint City Sinners is all about crying, shrugging, almost bruises, manhandling, unspoken feelings and annoying monologues. I always found the connection she felt with Eve the Androgyne and the story with all that dumb. In this book it interfered even more – SIGH. Dante’s stupidity and dreadful attitude made my rage ignite several times, while other times at least it was a slow simmer so I could enjoy it overall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shocking and Intense This series was written to hurt me, I think. Still, the twists were really, really good, the story was awesome, and the action was pulse-pounding. And the world... oh, the world! One of the coolest urban fantasy settings ever!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Book you won't regret reading this one! Dante is back in Saint City to help a friend. She must deal with all the emotional baggage that being in Saint City brings along with it and still somehow deal with the current crisis and her relationships with those closest to her.
