Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two thumbs up, and then some! This cookbook is organized seasonally, and provides awesome variations as well as dressing recommendations that can easily be mixed and matched. I've made at least double-digit amount of recipes from this book and consult if often, especially when seasons change and I'm looking for new food inspiration. I've also purchased it as a gift for friends, which is really saying something - its that useful.
