about

The man she could never forget

Back in Salvation Falls after seven years in Boston, Meredith Connolly has transformed into a sophisticated businesswoman with two goals in mind:

1. Prove her father, who died in jail, was innocent and unmask the real culprits.

2. Avoid Hunter Donovan, who broke her heart and ran her out of town.

But to achieve her first objective, Meredith will have to sacrifice her second. Because Hunter is the town's sheriff, and that means there's no escaping him-or the way he makes her feel!

Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great read if you like westerns or romances! This is the first book I read of Kelly Boyce's, but it won't be last! I'll skip the synopsis ... other reviewers do a much better job of that ... but I will tell you what I liked about this book. Hunter and Meredith are great characters. I love a couple with a past - there's nothing like seeing all that sexual tension right from the start of the story. The buildup of bringing them back together moved at just the right pace - not too fast to make it unbelievable ... I loved it! The writing was great - the author is a really smooth writer and her dialogue was excellent. It was one of those books where you can hear the characters in your head! There was just enough plot to keep the story moving along, but not too much that it got convoluted. I'm anxious now to go back and read the rest of the Salvation Falls series. Great read!
