Rated 3 out of 5 by from The perfect ending. I enjoyed this book the most in the series but I think it should have stopped at this one. The storyline gets summed up and it has a great ending. There is tons of action and suspense. I really liked it but I don't reccomend continuing the series after this book.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing and riveting It amazed me how strong the children's characters and plot line was and all just involving children. Even though they were super powered and talented children in each unique way it was the most mesmerizing story and plot that totally drew me page after page racing through the chapters just to see how they would escape their latest foe. I found the characters to be beleivable ,loveable and inspiring.Even against all odds of being just children and I use that term"just", very lightly, they captivated me and made me cheer them on as time after time they broke free of their captors and showed that working together always comes first. I have read all the books in that series and found each one amazing, captivating and it allows the reader to lose themselves in the story. Well done....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfying, incredible experience! Max and her flock are back with a vengeance! In the third book of James Patterson’s Maximum Ride series, the adventures of the flock of avian-human hybrids fly higher than ever, never wavering for even a moment. After another dangerously stunning escape from the Whitecoats, Max knows that the flock - her family - is in more danger than ever. And she also knows that they can always count on the Erasers to make things worse. Through the states of America and over the seas, the part-bird humans travel farther than ever before, using their skill and expertise to gain access to the answers to most of their mysteries. Fighting battles, penetrating minds, and flying afar, the flock does everything they need to do, until only one question remains: how can they save the world? Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports is a spectacular, one-of-a-kind story that will keep your heart pumping like crazy until you’ve reached the very dramatic ending. An impressive, incomparable tale, this book surmounts all of James Patterson’s previous Maximum Ride books in terms of adrenaline rush, excitement, and style. A must read for any age, Maximum Ride: Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports will leave you completely satisfied, and left with only one question unanswered: will there be a sequel? Please be forewarned: this book may leave you out of breath, with your heart pounding recklessly. After all, saving the world is an extreme sport.
