Can you keep a secret?
It's been a month since the tragic boat crash that claimed the lives of two teenage girls. Of course, Tenley Reed, Sydney Morgan, and Emerson Cunningham know the truth: This crash was no accident. As the killer's twisted game of Truth or Dare begins again, the girls start their own investigation into who's behind it all. But in the isolated beach town of Echo Bay, it's hard to know who's a friend and who's an enemy. InSecrets and Lies, book two in the Truth or Dare trilogy, danger lurks at every turn and the bay holds endless secrets beneath its dark waves.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Enjoyable I admit, the writing was suspenseful, but it failed to really interest me. I cared about the characters and their personal mission but the book lacked something. It was enjoyable. Suggested for anyone who wants to slightly thrilling book for the summer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from very Pretty little liars When I saw this book and read the bit it gave on the book I thought "Ok this is sooo Pretty Little Liars." Even one of the reviews I read said that; with the mysterious texts, the blocked number, a stalker/blackmailer/murderer, secrecy, ect. any pretty little liars fan may like this series. . now I want to read the 1st and 3rd books.
