This book presents a systematic and contextualised account of Chinese securities and capital markets law, giving readers nuanced and practical understandings of law and practice in this field in China. It is structured to cover topics specific to foreigner investors in China such as foreigninvestment enterprises and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in China.
