The Marvel Universe's greatest villains make their final move against the hallowed halls of Asgard! It's the last piece in Norman Osborn's insane bid to seize control of the world, but is the siege of Asgard the proverbial bridge too far for the former Green Goblin? And will his machinations with Loki be the thing that loses the war...or wins him the world? Plus: the New Avengers are on the run! Driven underground by the Superhuman Registration Act, the Avengers battle Osborn, and his new crime kingpin the Hood, behind the scenes--taking on a gauntlet of the Hood's lethal cronies.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from End of Dark Reign era This even is the culmination of the entire Dark Reign era. Things come to a head, and it is one of the most satisfying ends to an event like this in a long while. As far as events go, this is fairly good and hits the spot if you're looking for a good looking, action packed event.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really really liked it ! Why was it good :Bendis amazing writing teams up with top artist copiel with heroes like sentry, Aries , Osborn and delivers a story you will remember Why was it bad: I don't know if all the books were made the same way but the one I got had various files between comics full of text that I found very annoying, they could have put them at the end, it almost stopped me from buying it ( and making a huge mistake in the process) Mature reader only: no but contains some blood and a monster rated teen New readers friendly : no... You might be lost if you don't know who is iron patriot, contains elements referring to civil war, house of m, secret invasion and avengers disassembled Overall: a really good graphic novel, worth all the attention it got , I recommend it if you are familiar with the marvel universe I give it 87%
