Rated 5 out of 5 by from My #1 recipe book I purchased the SMTH recipe books for a friend's birthday, as it had been recommended for people that suffer from Celiac disease, when i read about it, i decided to get myself one as well,a s i am always tryign to find healthy ways to eat better and particularly avoiding "starch".I love the book, i have tried about 28 receipes, some of them i do all the time and now know by heart, like Quinoa Berry Granola, superfood shake (which i love after my workouts) and the World's healthiest gluten-free lasagna which isnt just healthy its "tasty".
