Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful cookbook I ordered this cookbook after falling in love with Cannelle Vanille's log and wonderful gluten-free recipes. Her recipes are both wonderful to plate - and to eat! - and easy to cook since the instructions are clear and precise. I love that she takes the time to explain about her journey and what is in stock in her pantry and divided into seasonal recipes. Definitely a must cookbook, even if you are not allergic to gluten, her delicious recipes are an everyday inspiration :)
