Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I am a Robert Munsch fan and I had high hopes for this book based on his endorsement. We ordered it online and I didn't preview it before reading it to my 3 year old at bedtime. I was very disappointed. Basically the moral of the story is if you don't don't want to do something wait and someone will do it for you. Not the message I want to pass on to my child.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brings back great memories Robert Munsch made reading fun for me as a child and these books, this one in particular was and still is my favorite. I've recently purchased all his older works for my younger sibling to read to her when she's old enough to demand a story. I hope they have the same effect on her as they did me. Smelly Socks is fun and expresses a childs love for one thing. and lets face it, we've all done something similar. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Pleasantly Surprised, Robert Munsch again creates a great story that children will enjoy. Smelly Socks creates a nice little world of a girl with a mission. But all the other characters have different ideas. In the end we realize that the little girl are is completely in control of her fate.
