Rated 5 out of 5 by from Some Good really is "some good" This is a fantastic, easy to follow cookbook showcasing Newfoundland's best recipes with a healthy spin. The recipes are delicious and nutritious which is something not easily found in traditional Newfoundland cooking. The beginning of the book features a wide variety of information on how traditional food impacts your health - for instance - savory is rich in iron, who knew? The book is obviously thoughtfully written and the author's passion for cooking and nutrition are evident throughout. This is a great book for those looking to make a lifestyle change or those who already consider themselves healthy eaters.
