Gwen Stacy is back in the webs and has an all-new, all-different mystery to solve: the reappearance of the Lizard! The Spider-Woman of Earth-65 was convinced that the Lizard died in her arms along with Peter Parker. But a new reptilian rampage leaves her with doubts not only about Peter's life, but his death as well. Troubles begin to mount as the Osborns of Gwen's world make their debut, and she finds herself on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s most wanted list! Perhaps some wise words from a mentor figure could help - how about Jessica Drew, the Spider-Woman of Earth-616? What lessons about power and responsibility will Jess have to share, and what use will they be when Gwen battles the Goblins?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gwen's Story As a female Spider-man fan, I have always loved Gwen Stacy. This take is an interesting story that we didn't know we wanted. Spider-woman is a girl in mourning trying to find her place in the world. Sometimes this concept hits a little too close to home, so it is great to see a hero arise out of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Gwen Stacy I am a long time Spiderman fan. The original Gwen form the 60s was my favorite comic supporting character. You would think I would be more inclined to not like this, but the writer and the artist do a great job of separating the original to the new Gwen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spider-Gwen continues to be an excellent series. For anyone worried that after the Secret Wars break in publishing this series would lose momentum your worries can be set aside. The same team continues on the book and it remains as fresh and interesting as before.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast paced and fun There's a lot of energy in this series, both from the art and the writing. SG is a compelling protagonist and her books have a lot if heart too.
