Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very dissapointed I bought this 2 weeks ago. I am a big fan of JJ Smiths 10 day Green Smoothie Detox, and was excited when I heard about this new book. I love how she has all the recipes and shopping lists included. First, my grocery bill for the first ten days based on her shopping list and recipes came to over $200. Many of her smoothie recipes, did not have a good ratio of water, and I ended up having to add at least another cup, to get them to smoothie consistency. Her recipes for the healthy meals, were pretty flavorless, I am a clean eater, so used to cooking light, these were very disappointing. If I could return this book I would.
