Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this I did this good for nothing program for 6 months and I didn't gain everything. When I went back to my old program I was weaker. Its impossible for a person to gain 25 pounds in 10 weeks unless they were using steriods. Also this book is very overpriced. There are other books which are more credible then this garbage. For Example, Men's Health has many books out. So do yourself a favour and get a book thats worth it.
