This is a short, human biology book, and not a medical book with lots of studies and quotes.  It explains how the blood-brain barrier gets broken, allowing T-Cells to flow into the spinal fluid to attack the Myelin causing an exacerbation.

I was able to stop each of my MS attack in under 4 days by repairing the break in the blood-brain barrier, which stops the exacerbations.  I did this 5 times.  Once I learned how to stop an MS attack, it was pretty easy to learn how to start an attack.  I have now been MS free for 15 years.  I contacted the MS Society and they blew me off.

I used to be people $500 I could stop thier next RRMS attack in under a week.  Nobody took me up on the bet.  That seems insane.  If they win, they get $500.  If they lose, the lose their MS.  How could they go wrong.  Then I found out is was illegal to bet.

You will need to buy some supplies, at a cost of $30 USA, in some health store or online.  I have no financial interest in the supplies.
