Rated 3 out of 5 by from Interesting but reads too fast I loved it! It is very touching but definitely too short. Wish it lasted longer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too short It's fun to read when you're bored, but it finishes really fast! #plumreview

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gritty Graphic This book captures not just a time period that is meaningful to me but many things that I feel are brave in a novel (graphic or otherwise): intergenerational relationships, tough family dynamics, strong emotions, life that isn’t all pretty (in this case substance abuse issues).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from boring too short not enough words

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really, really enjoyed this graphic novel. It's summer 1976 in Pennsylvania and Sunny Lewin is on her way to sunny Florida to spend the summer with her ''Gramps''. Will Sunny make it to Disney World or will she spend the summer with a bunch of old people? Read this teen graphic novel and find out why she was sent to Florida in the first place. This was my very first graphic novel: Boy was I spoiled with this one. A comic book with a message; what a way to start. Richard F. Indigo National Staff Pick reader.
