Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sushi: beautiful and delicious 50% percent of making sushi is cooking the other 50% is decorating. The book "Sushi" make both tasks easier. All receipes are gorgeously ilustrated so you can almost "eat" the book with your eyes. When you finish reading I am sure you will run to market to buy the ingredients and start your first sushi adventure.
