Rated 5 out of 5 by from Join the TI Swimming Revolution If you want to learn how to swim easier and faster plus have more fun while swimming without the struggle - then get this book. His techniques are fairly easy to learn and he teaches the right way to swim. I get comments all the time about my powerful kick - yet it is effortless. He also works on breathing and core strength techniques. If Indigo had more of his products, I would buy every single one!
