Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great book however the version is a bit old and information can be more updated as medical science makes progress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very informative book! I have been reading about fertility for awhile now and this book is a great overview of the FAM. The pictures and sample charts alone make this book a valuable resource, but Weschler goes into detail about so many things that may come up when dealing with your fertility. Definitely a great read for anyone wanting to understand their fertility a bit more or anyone who is just beginning to learn! The only recommendation I would have is a further analysis of some fertility issues and maybe further explanations and sample charts for those fertility issues. Overall though a great book!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You Can't Afford to Not Know This Stuff! This book is filled with so much information I will be reading and re-reading it for the rest of my life. Well organized and easy to follow, Toni has managed to demystify and add value to something that all women experience and only few women truly appreciate. Buy this book for yourself, your mothers, your daughters, your aunts, your cousins and your friends. In a generation where we pride ourselves in having the power of knowledge, it's time we take control of our bodies, which really are the most important things we will ever be trusted to take care of!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A book all women should have! I have been using this method of birth control for a couple of years and I will never go back to birth control pills. I have learned so much about my body. I feel in control when it comes to my cycles and it has also helped me to realize that I was having symptoms of PCOS, which I have managed to gain control of naturally. I wish I would have had this book from the time I started puberty and I hope to still be using this method when I decide to have children. I continually use this book as a reference. This is a must have book for all women.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An absolute MUST for every woman trying to conceive or not! This book should be on every woman’s bookshelf. It teaches the basics about our reproductive system and how it really works, giving you the best days to conceive. After almost 2 years of using fertility monitors and tests with not one positive pregnancy test I bought this book. After only charting for 2 months I was pregnant for the first time at 37 years old. Highly recommended.
