pubOne.info thank you for your continued support and wish to present you this new edition. I had this story from one who had no business to tell it to me, or to any other. I may credit the seductive influence of an old vintage upon the narrator for the beginning of it, and my own skeptical incredulity during the days that followed for the balance of the strange tale.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dated, but a fun action adventure One of the most iconic characters ever written. If you have not read this book you should if for no other reason than it is such a part of our culture. It is also a fun action adventure romp. On the down side, Jane is extremely annoying and useless, and Edgar writes a few things that are problematic when it comes to race, so be prepared. It is a product of it’s time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than I expected! For someone who hasn't really read any classics, I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. The way the author phrases things is so interesting and unlike anything I have ever read. I did find the end a bit silly however, but I'd still recommend it overall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprisingly Fast Paced and Completely Entertaining! I honestly expected this novel to plod along rather slowly, as many from its time period do. But wow, Tarzan of the Apes is an incredibly fun and action-packed read! Would recommend to anyone of any age, a really great read.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wow! Never read anything like it. A different twist of the story provided by Disney. You can really see the wild man in trazan. Although i think how they managed to civilize him so quickly was a little far fetched, I do still want to read the sequels, and recommend this to any adult, young or old.
