Rated 4 out of 5 by from Use It Daily I was initially hesitant to start this exercise book. My psychologist recommended it, and she said that despite the fact that the title says "10 Days" it will take longer than 10 days. It's more like "10 Steps". I do a few minutes each day. There are hands on exercises to help, this is beneficial as a lot of self help type books TELL you what to do, not necessarily HOW and give you the opportunity to try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ten Days to Self Esteem When your self-esteem is low it can be daunting to think that help even exists for you, far less that it is so easily accessible. For those who really are interested in building their self-esteem this book is excellent from page 1! It's work - but it's only what's necessary to bring lasting change. This book is helpful for those going through anything from job loss to divorce to depression, and is applicable for anyone from student to CEO. It's fast, effective, non-obtrusive and economical help.
