Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Diet This is the easiest diet to follow and it does work! My husband and I have been on it for 30 days now and have seen great results. I love chocolate and after the first three days I can honestly say I have not craved it. I am prone to migraines and have not had one since I've started this diet. My husband is diabetic and has high blood pressure and both of those numbers are back to normal. I would highly recommend reading this book and trying it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so great It's a very hard diet to follow especially if your on a budget. It works but it's way too long of a time to eat just fish and chicken. Got to the point where I could no longer stand the taste of chicken and fish after 34 days!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's great, 100% realistic diet I love that is, a simple yet powerful way to lose weight. I have tried other diets and this is a doable diet to follow. As long a you commit yourself to follow step by step Dr. Morenos' recommendations you are sure to stay in track. It is a realistic diet no complicated menus no rare foods to eat just follow common sense and you will be able to do this diet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So impressed, I signed up to write a review This book is easy to follow, if you abide by the guidelines you will lose those pounds. Being someone who is about 30lbs overweight, my diet was ok, however consisted of about 60% carbs (breads, bagels, pasta, lots of sugar). Prepare to have crazy cravings, feel tired, a litttle moody at times and a little hungry. After pushing through the first week those have all gone away. I have followed the meal plans exact and cheated only one time (having a handful of popcorn while watching Bridesmaids, hard to resist). After the first 9 days I lost 8lbs, then the next 15 days lost another 7lbs. In total so far 15 lbs and still going strong. I did the first section for almost a month because I realized how bad of a sugar/carb addiction I had. If you can keep yourself disciplined enough and fight through the hard times this will be sure to work! Seeing myself lose the weight so quickly really helped me stick to eating the vegetables I hate and even motivated me to get back to the gym.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't live up to hype While I lost weight faster than the traditional 1 -2 pounds per week, it wasn't as fast as it said it would be in the book. Perhaps it could be for really large people. Also, limiting to no grains during the first two weeks made it boring and really increased cravings. After 2 weeks, I needed to add in grains and just went back to healthy eating. That works better.

However, I found it very expensive as you would go through a lot of veggies everyday. Definitely wasn't able to eat all organic. The diet really does work, lots of work, but you can do it!
