I have read handfulls of diet books that are pretty impossible to follow because of either the time it takes to make the food or whats in the foods. I, like most people dont have the time or money to spend on half the diets out there. The 3hr diet is extremely easy to follow and the recipes are simple and it doesnt break the bank account! It gives you a week of meal plans which you can swap so it gives you tons of choices so you dont get bored. If there is any book you diet book you should get... It IS this one!
