Rated 5 out of 5 by from Informative Keto advice I’ve been following a ketogenic lifestyle since November 2017, and as an educator I have researched, read and consumed a lot of information regarding this way of eating. This book really summarizes all the different aspects of switching over to Keto and the recipes really are just an added bonus to all of the information and guidelines that Maria provides. I’ve followed her on Instagram since I started, and have another cookbook of hers, but this is really a guide for living Keto and will help you avoid many of the pitfalls or bad advice that you might get on social media groups. I wish I had read this book in the beginning.

I purchased the ebook and admit is is rather difficult 'flipping' back and forth between recipes, but the hyper linking works well. If you follow the cleanse closely prepare to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

I knew absolutely nothing about what a keto diet was or what was involved with this way of eating. All I knew was that I had to head to the bookstore to see what information I could find. That's when I found this book. Maria really explains how the Keto way of eating works, what kitchen tools you will need, the differences between the different kinds of fat you will be using, how to heal your body through the keto way of eating, recommended ways of exercising plus not to mention really yummy recipes.It was a big help on getting me started and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Loved it everything bout this ketogenic she explains it very well and simply, recipes are tasty and I've lost 15lbs in a month on this diet !

Some of the suggestions are a little unrealistic for most people (I think), but others can be easily made. I have had to search for some of the ingredients, and some are just not available where I live, but most of the recipes are good and tasty.

She has created a book that is so easy to follow, its like spoon feeding you how to get heathy. You can't go wrong in ordering this book. I lost 57 pounds and absolutely love my Keto Lifestyle.
