Rated 3 out of 5 by from Common Sense mainly I won a copy of this book and was asked to review it. While it was a good book and an interesting read, it was not really anything new or surprising. Make small lasting changes vs big dramatic ones that you cannot sustain. There were lots of testimonials and repeating of the same information happened often. The guidelines expressed in this book would not work for my current lifestyle without some altering, which it seems can be done, just not sure how hard it would be. All in all this is a good resource for those looking for a lasting plan/lifestyle change and are willing to commit a bit of effort to it.
