Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great read!! Through stories Norm Trainor illustrates the challenges facing salespeople and how The 8 Best Practices helped them overcome these challenges. While not a motivational book it is extremely motivating. The book made me examine my focus in relation to my activity. I am now examining the systems and processes I should have in place to be a more effective salesperson. I really enjoyed the tone of this book and highly reccomend it to anyone in a sales capacity, or anyone managing salespeople to better understand what it takes to be a high performer.
