Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Perfect Addition To The First 2 This is a great Volume 3 in The Abs Diet series of books, and it really helps in moving past the original workout plan from the first one. I am an avid reader of Men's Health Magazine, so I thought that this was the ticket to shedding the flab I had left after gaining weight over the past 10 years...ya know what? IT WORKED!!! I highly recomend all 3 of the Abs Diet books and the DVD, and NO, I'm not saying that as some brainwashed acolyte of some Miracle Diet I say it because it is worth the try if you're serious about losing weight and just saying to yourself Enough IS Enough Go for it...you'll be glad ya did, ok, now THAT sounded like an infomercial.
