Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great read A beautiful and touching story. To the person talking negatively about politics, I don't know what that has to do with this book? This is a children's story not a sociopolitical narrative....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful pictures and a wonderful story I bought this book for my nieces (ages 2 and 5) and they both love it for different reasons. The youngest loves picking out items in the pictures and the eldest loves the story about finding a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful book It was intended as a Christmas gift for a niece. I had to read it (because, you know, responsibility!) and then I couldn't give it away anymore. It became my eldest's favorite book because of the cute story and the wonderful illustrations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a beautiful book This is probably my favorite kid's book. My son loves it (he can't pronounce Beekle so he calls it his Beeple book) and asks to read it before bed every night. The illustrations are beautiful but I love the story even more. Such a cute and inspiring little book. Would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Positive and Beautiful Book Gorgeous and creative artwork with a positive message: be brave, be yourself, don't give up, don't wait for good things to happen - make them happen. This is the kind of book I'd give to my niece or nephew right before their first ever day of school. This one's a keeper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pride rainbow so cleverly hidden This is an LGBT promotion book. The writer, former writer for Disney has placed a pride rainbow so cleverly in the book. I don't condone this subliminal imagery. Gone are the days when books were not used for politics??? I just want to read to my child, lets keep the politics away from our 3-5 year olds.
