Rated 4 out of 5 by from The American civil war Interesting read. I had little knowledge of this part of history and this book gave me a good basic understanding of the events leading up to and on about this awful civil war. It also gave an insight to individuals who played key roles in the war. I enjoyed reading this book and gained a good basic knowledge of the subject.
