Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good book This series by the one and only Rick Riordan is great. This book is pretty good but I like some of the other ones better. This one is sad and more death is involved. I would reccomend it for ages 10+.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Battle of the Labyrinth This was another demonstration of how good of an author Rick Riordan is. It was sad and complex, to the point of never being able to put the book down. Wonderful job!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Battle of the Labyrinth This book is wonderful in not only advancing the Percy Jackson story, but in how the story reads like a maze. Dead ends, false starts, exploration and a sense of travel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh.................... Its not bad, i suppose......but what i find annoying about this series is that its a bit like a video game(for example, when a monster dies it explodes, and is suddenly reborn elsewhere. sound familiar?), which is rather annoying. And genrally, when someone is in a life-threatening situation, the probably will not make a witty comment or insult their attacker, even if they are the son of posidon. and chiron spends a bit too much time hoping he's wrong. but it grows on you after a while. i personaly would either get this book only in softcover, or get it out at the library.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly Awesomely Absolutely Awesome This book is the fourth in my personal favorite series and it is sweet. It's my favorite in the series and it is the most intense. Although I loved this book and found it great you should really read the first three before The Lightning Thief, Sea of Monsters, then The Titans Curse. They are about a boy named Percy Jackson whose dad is the Greek God Poseidon god of the sea and has three good friends Annabeth daughter of Athena, Grover who is a satyr and Tyson who you meet in the second book and is a cyclopes and Percy's half brother. I would reccomend this book to all children ages 8+. Once again best book in the WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing .. In this book, we see the characters mature, which was one of things that made this book so great. The action and adventure pushes the limits in this book, making twist and turns in the plot. Well done, Riordan. A great read, and highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was Amazing! I loved all of the Lightning thief series but this one was especially good. I think it was better than the 3rd but none beat the first for me. i didn't really enjoy the fact that Percy might Like Elizabeth Rachel Dare rather than Anna beth But she played a neat part in the story. Waiting for the next!
